What happens after I submit my content to ODU CMC Marketing?

Content submission is made via email.

 
Marketing reviews FINAL content upload to make sure everything was included.
  • If complete - Marketing notifies Tom that new content is complete and Tom reviews it for inclusion or exclusion.
  • If content is not complete or unacceptable then Marketing notifies content owner to obtain missing info.
 
After Tom’s review -
  • If content is not complete or unacceptable then Tom notifies Doug and we follow up with section owner
  • If content is complete and acceptable then Tom notifies Doug that content has been reviewed and is ready to be formatted into template page(s)
 
Marketing lays out content and a review copy is sent to Tom.
Further editing is completed as needed and then final copy is reviewed by Tom and section owner.

After final revisions are complete the document will be assembled and printed.
